A local chef with many years experience is happy to provide for your catering needs and give you a well earned rest. Nicky uses seasonal, locally sourced foods she transforms into delicious home cooked meals and will either provide 'drop-off' meals for the freezer or deliver them fresh to be put in the oven at your convenience.

Enjoy freshly cooked food delivered chilled to your cottage, with reheating instructions. Fresh vegetables can be ordered to accompany your choices, at cost.
Please note : I do not do less than 2 portions of each dish.

Starters- Soups £3 per portion, other dishes £3.50

Goats cheese and herb tartlets, Tomato and red pepper tartlets, Butternut squash and blue cheese tartlets, Twice-baked cheese and chive soufflés, Chicken liver pate with brandy, Smoked mackerel pate with horseradish, Filo pastry parcels with leeks, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
Soups- Watercress, Carrot and coriander, Lentil and cumin

Main courses- £7 for meat dishes and fish, £6.50 for chicken and vegetarian

Chicken- Coq au vin, Thai green curry, Chicken and tarragon rosti-topped pie, Chicken fillets stuffed with garlicky cream cheese and wrapped in parma ham
Beef- Bourguignon, Steak and mushroom pie, Lasagne (made with steak mince)
Pork- Normande (cider, apples and celery), Tenderloin with white wine and mushroom sauce
Lamb- Tagine with apricots, Moussaka
Venison- Casserole, with or without chestnuts
Fish- Koulibiac ( salmon fillet with a rice and dill stuffing in puff pastry)
Cornish Fish Pie ( locally caught white fish, salmon and smoked haddock)
Vegetarian- Roast vegetable lasagne, bean and pesto hotpot, Lentil moussaka,
Butternut squash and chickpea tagine, Root vegetable and nut crumble, Meditterranean vegetable filo pie

Vegetables- £2 per portion
Potato dauphinoise, Spinach gratin ( in béchamel sauce), Cauliflower Cheese

Puddings - £3.50 per portion (includes cream where appropriate)
Sticky toffee pudding with fudge sauce, Treacle Tart, Chocolate Roulade, Crumble with seasonal fruit, Bakewell Tart

Cakes- £6
Gingerbread, Banana and honey cake (contains walnuts), Carrot cake, Lemon drizzle,
Chocolate Brownies

Main course from £4 per head.

For a special occasion why not have a fully catered dinner party from £25 per head.
